Caroline Bilal
Caroline has over 10 years of experience working primarily in the non-profit sector. Caroline began her career in academia designing and managing a variety of education-related research studies followed by a transition working as Director of Program Design and Production for the education non-profit Turnaround for Children.
As a lead of the Program Design team, Caroline helped the organization define their impact both in qualitative and quantitative terms, in an effort to facilitate her team’s program design efforts and identify the inputs necessary to meet the defined impact
or outcomes. Through her background in measurement and evaluation, Caroline led the development of a schoolwide evaluation tool that allowed the organization to determine on-trackness and progress toward impact.
More recently, Caroline launched a technology platform called MyConnect that connects parents who have kids with special needs more efficiently to essential information through both a private social network and a special needs service directory.
Caroline holds a B.A. from Beloit College in International Relations and an M.A. in Educational Psychology-Measurement and Evaluation from New York University. She lives with her husband and four children in Chappaqua, NY.
